If you have already organised your tickets to Warsaw and accommodation (in Tatamka of course:)) , next thing to think about are some of the cool things to do while visiting the capital of Poland.
In this short note you can find a few of the proposals from our partner XperiencePoland.com - in case you are coming along or in a group with your friends.
If you are coming alone there are a few things you really need to check out - besides the beautiful Old Town (which by the way is only 15 minutes by walk from our hostel) and some of the nearby parks including Łazienki it will be totally worth to grasp a bit of history at the Museum of Warsaw Uprising. When it comes to activities, you can take part in by joining other people for open tours, some of the most famous ones we recommend that you can enjoy during the day and using different types of vehicles are bike tour or boat tour and also more motorized electric scooter tour and segway tour. For any time of the year, we recommend booking a spa package that will help you relax fully. For the evening activities another type of events to attend will be a vodka tasting where a local vodka expert will guide you through 6 different types of vodka and teaching you about a few vodka styles while telling some interesting stories about communism in Poland in the XX century. To top the night off, you definitely have to join a pub crawl and explore great bars with local party guides and finish the night in one of the top nightclubs Warsaw has to offer.
On the other hand, if you are coming to Warsaw with a group of friends, there is a set of activities we recommend for this specific type of the trip. Check out City Game where you and your friends are split into smaller groups and there are a few different tasks you have to perform in order to get to new locations and finish the game in time. This is a great alternative to explore the city differently. If your group likes sports more, then check out paintball with quad experience that are both provided just outside of Warsaw in a setting of forest and a lake. Furthermore, you can book archery tag and bubble football to go nuts and bump into your friends. As for the night, we recommend booking a boat party on the Wisla river or a party bus that will leave everyone with some of the best memories from Warsaw.
There are, of course, more interesting activities that we haven't mentioned here but for this and more you can visit the XperiencePoland.com website and check it out yourself :)
